No, we’re not talking Senior Citizens here…

In case you’ve been wondering what all the rave is about, you’ve entered the territory of one of Portland’s most innovative, fashion-forward high school senior photography studios.

There’s a reason why seniors all across the United States want to be involved in what we do. We have pushed extremes and challenged senior photography here in Portland… setting new standards for what defines high school senior portraiture.

We are not your average studio. Our award winning photographer has gotten our seniors featured in notable publications across the nation. Our seniors have been featured in award-winning imagery and noticed nation-wide.

Seniors who seek out our studio want something unique and leading edge. And we don’t take our role lightly. We don’t believe that senior portraiture is just about taking pretty pictures. Anyone with a camera these days can do that. We believe in creating something extraordinary… beyond the click of a lens shutter and the color of ink on paper… we believe in building strength and power within every one of our subjects… from the inside out… by creating and solidifying the belief that they are beautiful. By fostering a sense of self worth and self love… by challenging beauty standards and facilitating the notion of fiercely natural beauty in each individual.

For the past two years, we’ve run a leading-industry model program in which our senior models get to partake in creative model shoots year-round. We work with our models to help them feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera and teach them posing tricks, guiding them through the process of modeling. More importantly, we work to establish a connection with our models in order to identify and expose their unique aspects of beauty. For the past two years our models, normal high school girls with absolutely no modeling experience whatsoever, have been recognized by national publications and published in international magazines.

We are raising the standards for what defines senior photography, and bringing purpose and power to our trade. We have a message to all teen girls nationwide… a message of strength and confidence in unique, natural beauty.

Each year we build and improve our model program. This year, we have decided to transform our ‘model’ program and are excited to announce our new opportunity, open to 2017 seniors.

We have high standards for our studio as well as every senior that represents Sash Photography… to treat ourselves and others with love and respect and to empower those around us by lifting them up with positive affirmations that they are beautiful.

Our motto this year will be this: Admire the beauty of others, without questioning your own. No one is you, and that is your power.

Now accepting inquiries for our 2017 senior VIP list. You are already accepted.
